Helen Rodgers

Chair

Helen has worked with SEND families since 1995 and was a former Thera-playgroup co-ordinator at Chichester Child Development Centre.

Chris Jay

Vice Chair

Chris has Cerebral Palsy and is a wheelchair user. He is Managing Director of Bascule Disability Training and a Director of Great Ballard School near Chichester.

Jemma Paterson

Jemma is a parent-carer and works in financial services.

Charlotte Linington

Charlotte grew up with a brother with SEND. She works for West Sussex County Council as a Child & Family Worker in the Child Disability Team.

Justin Sainsbury

Justin has experience of being a parent-carer of a child with a life limiting condition. He works as a residential support worker in a children’s home caring for children with SEND.

Sharon Gearing

Sharon is a parent-carer. She is a trust fundraiser for the Rocking Horse Appeal.

Brian O’Hagan

Director

Brian is responsible for the overall management and direction of Reaching Families and has particular responsibility for strategic planning, project development, evaluation, financial management, fundraising & communications.

Donna Manwill

Operations Director

Donna manages the day-to-day operations of the charity and has particular responsibility for staff management, financial management, administration & HR, operational planning and policy.

Kirsty Lester

Administration & Finance Co-ordinator

Kirsty is responsible for banking, payroll, day-to-day administration of the charity and preparation of our annual accounts..

Hannah Delmar-Addy

Outreach & Training Manager

Hannah is responsible for the overall management of our outreach and training team and development of our ND navigation service.

Outreach & Training Team Lead

Reina oversees the day to day delivery of our outreach and training including our Umbrellas support groups and training workshops.

Rachel undertakes claims checks for parents making applications for DLA and PIP.

Bodil oversees the day-to-day delivery of our befriending service and has particular responsibility for training new befrienders and supporting the existing team of volunteers.
